What you will do
As a Sales Support Specialist you will manage upgrade inquiries from understanding customer needs to selling the solution in close cooperation with the Market organisations. You will ensure our customers are satisfied and take action when needed to make things right.
Main responsibilities:
Build up relationships with your partners in Market organisations to continually develop knowledge, skills, and confidence, while holding the team accountable for performance
BS Services point of contact for Market organisations regarding upgrades business in assigned markets
Make regular joint customer visits with the Services Account Manager team to foster a relationship with key customers and to provide them with Cheese Expertise.
Actively participate in the development of Cheese Upgrades business
Support in introduction and implementation of the Cheese Upgrade portfolio with Market organisations and customers.
Execute small upgrade projects in the role of project manager
Gather market intelligence and formulate proposals for new upgrade products
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automation or dairy processing engineering or similar suitable education and/or experience
Several years relevant experience in the food industry, preferably in Dairy.
Sales experience in technology industry will be a plus
Customer relationship management skills
Knowledge and understanding of processing equipment used within the food industry
Experience with Tetra Pak Cheese equipment is a benefit
Good verbal, written & computer communication skills are essential
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Fluency in written and spoken Dutch is strongly preferable
