Job Description:
Main Goals and Responsibilities:
- Main customer contact for the region in pre-sales, sell-through, and post-sales activities
- Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operation matters
- Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacements
- Conduct local product/technical training
- Gather product intelligence information and perform competitor analysis
- Provide sales and marketing support as needed
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related majors
- Self-motivated with 3+ years of relevant experience in the energy storage industry
- Energetic professional willing to travel 30% or more per year
