— MISSION —

You will be instrumental in managing and expanding our international partner network within Europe. Collaborating with strategic partners – including infrastructure providers, system integrators, technology consultants, and installation companies – you will drive sales growth and enable them to deliver enhanced value to their customers (municipalities, public infrastructure organizations, and other key stakeholders).

This role demands a strong consultative approach, emphasizing the understanding of client needs and challenges to offer optimal solutions. As a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders, you will guide them through the technical and commercial aspects of our smart infrastructure and IoT offerings.

— RESPONSIBILITIES —

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new partners tin Europe.
  • Drive sales through a consultative selling methodology and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Thoroughly understand partner and client requirements to develop tailored solutions and foster mutual value creation.
  • Support partners with comprehensive training, effective sales enablement resources, and collaborative go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a representative of our client’s brand at partner meetings, industry conferences, and trade exhibitions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, and product) to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Stay informed about evolving market trends, advancements in smart infrastructure technologies, and the latest IoT innovations.

— REQUIREMENTS —

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a strong emphasis on consultative selling, ideally within B2B public infrastructure, technology solutions, or related sectors.
  • A strong affinity for technology and innovation; familiarity with IoT and infrastructure technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the outdoor lighting industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
