What you will do
Deploy and promote the cheese upgrades portfolio in cooperation with the Upgrades product manager.
Organize and participate in customer visits, seminars and workshops globally.
Lead pro-active portfolio promotion initiatives
Maintain and optimize the current upgrades portfolio.
Create and maintain promotion material for the portfolio together with the product manager
Support the Upgrades product manager in the development and implementation of the overall strategic plan for the cheese upgrades portfolio
Support development projects focused on upgrades in collaboration with the Upgrade product manager
Train Services sales teams in the market organizations on cheese upgrades portfolio
Supporting upgrades sales specialists with sales support activities when required
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree within machine engineering, electrical engineering, global business engineering or similar.
5+ years of experience with processing equipment – preferably within cheese machinery.
3+ years sales and/or marketing experience in technology industry
Outstanding customer relationship management skills
Self-motivated individual with a strong customer focus and a desire to win
Positive and flexible approach, which makes you capable of coming across as service minded
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to work under pressures of time and economy to prioritize work and maximize the business result
Fluent English level on a business level is required, Dutch is a plus.
Technically curious with a mindset to constantly look at even the slightest opportunities for improvements on our existing portfolio.
Services mindset to see the opportunities that support our business growth ambitions
Willingness to travel as required (typically around 20%)
