Job Description:
A leading player in the sustainable IT solutions space is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth across the DACH region. Specializing in refurbished IT hardware, the company supports clients in reducing their environmental footprint while optimizing IT performance.
This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B sales professional fluent in German, who is passionate about consultative selling and eager to take ownership of an impactful region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while nurturing strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored IT solutions.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT, hardware, or related services.
- Fluent in German, with excellent English communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in consultative selling and strategic negotiations.
- Willing to work from the office with flexibility through a hybrid model.
