About the role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you are the linchpin between our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll ensure seamless processes and systems that support and enhance our growth. Through your efforts, we can work more efficiently, make better decisions, and serve our customers even better.
What will you do?
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM: You will maintain the CRM system, ensure data quality, and adjust system configurations to meet the team’s needs.
- Support Sales Enablement: You will develop and implement tools, resources, and training to empower the sales team and increase their efficiency.
- Generate insights for marketing and sales: You will analyze data and create reports and dashboards that aid in strategic decision-making.
- Select and implement GTM tools: You will identify new tools and technologies, integrate them into our systems, and ensure smooth rollouts across the organization.
- Analyze and improve processes: You will evaluate existing workflows and provide recommendations for automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other departments to ensure our systems and processes align with our business goals.
- Monitor performance indicators: You will track key KPIs and create action plans to continuously improve performance.

What we expect from you
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience as a HubSpot administrator and knowledge of CRM management.
- Proven experience with sales enablement and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating insights and reports for marketing and sales.
- Experience with selecting, integrating, and implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Excel, BI software, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
- A passion for sports is a plus, but not a requirement.
