Oracle ERP Financials Functional Consultant
Location: Remote with some hybrid/on-site in the Netherlands (meetings and initial part of the project)
B2B Contract
Day Rate: Negotiable / Market Rates
Languages: English required, Dutch highly preferred
We are working in partnership with a global consultancy to find an experienced Oracle ERP Financial Functional Consultant for a major transformation programme across Western Europe.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact team delivering Oracle-driven finance transformation projects for some of the world’s largest organisations. The role offers mostly remote work, with some initial on-site engagement in the Netherlands as the project ramps up.
The Role
You will contribute across the full consulting lifecycle, including:
- Leading delivery of Oracle ERP Finance solutions within complex programmes
- Working across requirements analysis, process and functional design, and deployment
- Advising clients and helping shape Oracle Finance solutions to meet business needs
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and managing key workstreams
- Supporting proposals and identifying business opportunities
- Collaborating with international teams in a hybrid delivery model
Requirements
- Strong functional experience in Oracle ERP (Finance), ideally within consultancy or enterprise environments
- A track record of at least two successful Oracle ERP Finance Cloud implementations
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and client leadership teams
- Strong process design, fit-gap, and solution alignment skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
- Flexibility to travel to the Netherlands as required
