pAbout the Role: /ppTridon EMEA BV is seeking a highly capable and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our European footprint. This role is based in Heerenveen, The Netherlands, and plays a pivotal part in supporting the financial integrity and strategic direction of our business. /ppThe role encompasses financial oversight of multiple legal entities and operational branches across Europe. We are seeking a candidate who can instill structure and strategic clarity within a complex and evolving financial environment, demonstrating leadership in the face of ambiguity and change. Familiarity with operating in smaller, focused teams will be an asset, particularly in shaping ways of working as the function matures. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliProduce monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy and timeliness. /liliPrepare and present financial reports, including KPIs, performance insights, and recommendations to management across multiple jurisdictions. /liliManage cash flow and asset control, including asset registration for real estate and leased assets, as well as debtor management. /liliLead the budgeting and forecasting process, including planning, data collection, execution, and ongoing control. /liliMonitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. /liliOversee tax requirements and ensure compliance with legal reporting obligations in collaboration with an external accountancy firm. /liliIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including accountants, banks, and insurers. /liliProvide financial advisory support to management at Tridon Europe, contributing to strategic decision-making. /liliDevelop, track, and report on KPIs to support business performance and target achievement. /liliHands-on involvement in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to coordination and effectiveness within the finance function. /li /ulpKey Requirements: /pulliQualified, part-qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE) accountant. /liliFluent in Dutch English, other European languages are a plus. /liliDemonstrated experience in managing finance across multiple legal entities or branches. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach /liliStrong communicator with credibility and confidence to advise and influence senior stakeholders. /liliProven ability to drive process improvements and implement change. /liliAnalytical mindset with a focus on achieving business performance targets. /liliProficiency in financial systems and reporting tools. /liliAdaptable, resilient, and capable of navigating complexity with professionalism. /liliComfortable managing small team environments, with an ability to support shared goals and evolving responsibilities. /li /ulpWhy join us? /ppTridon EMEA BV is part of a global group with a strong reputation for quality and innovation in the hygienic components sector.
