The company specializes in multimodal transportation and logistics with a strong presence in Road, Rail, and Shortsea. They need a high-level, consultative seller to execute innovative sales strategies across the region.
The Role
As an individual contributor, you will:
- Develop and execute multimodal sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Drive revenue and volume growth in road and multimodal transportation.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the company’s global teams to design integrated logistics solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, increasing visibility and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and implement strategies to outperform competitors.
The Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in European-level road, multimodal, or freight forwarding sectors.
- Proven success in winning new business and growing market share.
- Strong industry network and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in pricing, contract negotiation, and high-value deals.
- Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
