We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support the IT department. This is your chance to contribute to impactful projects across financial, logistics, and commercial domains, all while growing in a collaborative and international environment.
What the role is really about:
This role is key for driving finance process optimization and ERP system enhancements . You’ll work closely with stakeholders in finance, logistics, and commerce to ensure our systems support day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and optimize core finance processes : Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Scanning & matching, Bookkeeping, and Report & Controlling etc..
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations and functional specifications .
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement and test ERP changes (e.g., EDI, MuleSoft integrations).
- Support users in finance processes and system usage, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting .
- Contribute to large-scale IT and finance transformation projects , ensuring system changes align with operational requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for finance operations within ERP.
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience in finance operations (AP, AR, GL, Controlling) within an ERP environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), including system configuration, process improvement, or key user responsibilities .
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions .
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English and bonus if you speak Dutch.
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in finance systems in an international or multi-brand environment.
- Familiarity with finance reporting tools (Power BI, Jedox) in addition to ERP systems.
