As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing hospitality operations by driving new business and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to hoteliers.Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing deals.Follow up on demo requests and inbound marketing leads.Identify key decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position tailored solutions.Book and manage product demonstrations while tracking all activities in the CRM.Ensure a smooth handover to the Implementation team after closing new accounts.Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity.Provide local market insights to enhance inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging challenges.Prospect locally when required and represent the company at hospitality events.RequirementsFluent command of German at a C2 level and English C1 level5+ years of proven experience in sales, within hospitality or SaaS/technology sectorsStrong knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly independent hotelsExceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage and persuade at all levelsConfident in managing the full sales cycle with a track record of exceeding targetsSkilled in CRM usage and pipeline managementNice to have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldBenefitsAttractive commission structureMacBook and all the tools you need to succeedAnnual hotel experienceFormal training budget for professional developmentEquity participationBirthday vouchers & team celebrationsRemote work in GermanyApplication ProcedureIf you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
