As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you ensure that marketing, sales, and customer success run like one well-oiled machine with the goal of: more revenue, faster, and more predictably.

Tasks

– Optimizing the entire revenue funnel (from first click to retention & upsell)

– Achieving maximum conversion from leads, MQLs, and SQLs

– Configuring CRM (HubSpot) to truly make sales close faster

– Building dashboards driven by revenue (pipeline, MRR, CAC, LTV)

– Spotting bottlenecks in the funnel and resolving them immediately

– Automating processes so teams work faster and smarter

– Improving and increasing the reliability of sales forecasting

Requirements

– 2–5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops

– You think in terms of revenue, not just processes

– You are extremely data-driven and see opportunities where others do not

– Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a major plus)

– Affinity with performance marketing / tracking / data

– You love the pace and ownership
